The sunscreen fabrics are comprised of 22% high tenacity polyester yarn and 78% flexible foamed PVC.  The yarns are bonded at the crossover points and the degree of openess is depenedent on the fabric construction.  They are suitable for many decorative and industrial applications.

Listed below is information about the structures and covers

• Structure is expandable - Begin with a 10' section and add sections as needed
• 80 mph (8" diam davits) and 100 mph (10" diam davits) wind resistance
• No heavy equipment necessary for installation simply assemble the two part davits on the ground then stand and bolt in to position
• Hardware is 300 series stainless
• All aluminum structure is heat treated 6063T6 alloy.
• Davits are telescoping two piece units for easy handling and bolt securely at the 7' vertical height mark.

• Fabric is made of polyester core yarn with a flexible foamed PVC coating
• Fabric weight is 9 - 10 oz. per square yard
• Material is fire retardent and self extinguishing in horizontal burning mode.
• Increased fire retardency can be supplied upon special order
• The water shedding covers are made from 100% solution dyed acrylic fibers available in 60 colors in 10 & 20' wide sections for easy installation. 
• Covers have sewn sleeves and heavy duty zipper connections in two locations to begin installation and quick draw ties for remainder of installation.
• Water drainage system in each 10' section allows water to run off to prevent pooling
• Back Flaps hang to allow high wind to pass through without damaging cover
• 78 - 82% shade factor
• 1000 hours of UV exposure resistance with only a slight color deterioration
